Daniel Klaus Rego Sternat, passion for cooking and wine
Half Galician, half Austrian, Daniel has a mixture of flavours and cultures in his blood. He trained at the Centro Superior de Hostelería de Galicia and specialised in wines with a master's degree in sommelier at INGAVI (Santiago). His obsession: Galician wines. At Taberna do Bico, Daniel not only creates dishes that excite, but turns every bottle into a celebration of the flavour of Galicia: cooking, wine and passion in every mouthful!

Sara is the perfect captain for this sailboat called Taberna do Bico. With the same hospitality studies as Daniel, her experience in top restaurants has made her an expert in creating unique atmospheres.
